| Primarily Surgery Center cases.
Time and ½ paid for all hours over 40 hours per week based on average hourly rates.
Seven holidays per year. Holiday premium is paid when working the holiday.
401(k) account. Maximum IRS allowable for self-deferrals. When eligible, employer contribution is based on years of experience and paid on gross annual earnings. Immediate vesting of self-deferrals, three year vesting for contributions made by company.
Full time employees (0-10 years of service) accrue 36 days annually. Full time employees (over 10 years of service) accrue 41 days annually.
Extended Illness
40 hours (1 week) accrued each year.
Three (3) paid professional education days advanced each January 1 along with a professional education expense allowance of $1,500. (May carry over one year’s worth of hours and money)
