| Salary Negotiable.$30,000 Sign On Bonus with Two Year Commitment. Job provide time and 1/2 pay for hours over 40. Malpractice, Health, Disability, Retirement Register or log in for contact information Bread and Butter. Will insert some Central Venous catheters, arterial catheters, lumbar epidural catheters. Will administer some spinal anesthesia, Axillary Brachial Plexus Blocks, other regional anesthesia blocks 100% Medically Directed. Vacation is 6 weeks and CME is 1 week. Call varies.
