| $120,000-130,000 first year; $130,000-140,000 second year; $140,000-150,000 additional years.
Plus benefits, including:
4 weeks for the first year, 5 weeks for the second year, 6 weeks for additional years (this includes Sickness, Vacation, and CME)
Medical and dental insurance after the 90-day probationary period for the employee and immediate family. (Don’t forget to sign up for “Cobra” before leaving your current employer)
PLI:
HQAP will provide professional liability insurance.
$1,Register or log in for contact information CME discretionary fund is available for CME related expenses. Current Reviews in Nurse Anesthesia paid by company yearly.
401k retirement Plan with company match of 25%. Profit Sharing Plan.
Overtime:
Some overtime hours will be compensated for with paid time off (i.e. 2 hours overtime worked is paid back with 2 hours time off). Some overtime hours will be Register or log in for contact information per hour.
CRNA's take back-up call on week days only ($150 beeper fee, 2 hour minimum call-back at $105/hour for life and limb emergencies only along with labor epidurals--CRNA has choice of doing epidural or relieving anesthesiologist to do epidural).
Cases: bread and butter cases only (minimal peds and ENT, OB, eye, ortho, GYN, Thoracic, Uro)
