| ~ AUTONOMY ~
This hospitals Anesthesia group is in need of 2 CRNA's to join their group. Locum contract is up. You will enjoy working in a great hospital with spacious OR's and nice baby suites with 1 MDA and 3 CRNA's. Hospital has wonderful physician support and loves the group. You must be independent as you are not medically directed and are involved in the initial treatment planning. MDA's are not present at inductions and you push your own drugs. There is a variety of patient mix from pediatric to geriatric. Total number of cases per month range from 200-240.
3 OR's are run each morning at 7:30, plus baby suite. NO hearts, heads or transplants, just Bread & Butter-must do epidurals. All regional are done, willing to train new candidate. Call by beeper 1:4 with random call back, emergency call back varies. Typical work schedule is Monday-Friday 7-3:00 pm. Post-call is 1st off the following day. All CRNA's do their own rooms/scheduled cases.
