| $120,000 - $160,000, Time and a half over 40 hours, Sign on Bonus $10,000, Paid Malpractice, Medical, Disability and Retirement contribution. Almost all Outpatient Procedures with Some OB, Rare Pain, Peds and Critical Care, NO Cardiac, Major Vascular, Thoracic, Neuro or Trauma. Call rate of 1 in 4, 5 weeks vacation and 1 week CME.
