| Autonomous situation. B&B cases only (ortho, general, OB/GYN, opthalmology [cataracts], limited outpatient procedures [ENT and oncology]), including gallbladders and no cases under 4 years old. Negotiable salary of $150,000-$160,000 (depending on experience), paid relocation expense allowance, sign-on bonus, PTO (first year 160 hrs, after 4 years is 200 hrs), health insurance, LT disability, profit-sharing 401K, sick leave bank where if the CRNA is sick for a short amount of time he/she doesn't have to dip into PTO, paid CME's and paid license (if don't have it), paid license renewal, and paid relocation expenses!
