Stable Ongoing Contract - Aya has been placing locums here for 1 year+

Start: August 2026
Contract: Ongoing ; 4 month initial
Orientation: 3 days
Credentialing: 90–120 days

Schedule

8, 10, or 12-hour shifts

6:30a–3p | 6:30a–5p | 6:30a–7p

FTE: 40 hrs/week

Minimum 36 hrs/week; at least 2 consecutive weeks/month required for first 3 months

Optional weeknight call & occasional overnights (not required)

Practice Details

Tertiary hospital, Level III

Care Team Model (4:1)

24-hour anesthesia support staff

Patient population: 12+

EMR: Epic

CRNAs do not perform blocks, a-lines, epidurals, or spinals
