CRNA needed in Phoenix, Arizona

Job description

Specialty: CRNA
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months, ongoing (priority coverage needed for July and August)
Shift Details: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM, 30-minute unpaid lunch
Schedule: 4x10s preferred (flexible for 3x12s or 4x10s); 40 hours/week; no call, no OT; full-time availability required with minimal time-off requests

Work Details:

Coverage Need: Full-time coverage (40 hours/week)

Daily Volume: 3–5 outpatient surgeries/day; 10–12 endoscopy cases/day

Patient Population: Adult–Geriatric

Case Types: General, regional, GI, ENT, ortho, endo, podiatry, urology, neuro (spine/head), robotics, vascular, thoracic, plastics, and trauma. No OB or peds.

Model: 100% medically directed care team

Practice Setting:
• Hospital-based

Travel & Logistics:
• Travel and lodging covered by client

Requirements:

Board Certified CRNA

Active Arizona license required (no unlicensed candidates)

Certifications: BLS and ACLS

Experience: Minimum 1–3 years

Credentialing: 60–90 days
