CRNA – Level 1 Trauma | Flexible Shifts | OB Required -Arizona

Job description

Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: Minimum 2 weeks; ongoing coverage available
Facility: Level 1 Trauma Center
Schedule: 3–4 shifts/week, 12-hour shifts; night, weekend, and day coverage
Licensure: AZ license (6 weeks credentialing), IMLC (2 months), non-licensed (3 months)
Requirements: Clean background, malpractice, and criminal history; OB experience required

• 12-hour shifts with flexible scheduling: days, nights, and weekends (at least 1/month)
• Must be willing to cover OB cases
• Full-time locums with flexible hours; minimum 36 hours/week preferred
