CRNA Opportunity – Flagstaff, AZ- No call!

Join a busy hospital team in beautiful Flagstaff! This role offers steady hours, a great mix of cases, and supportive staff in a modern facility.

Schedule:
Shifts vary between 7a–3p, 7a–5p, 7a–7p, or 3p–11p (approx. 40 hours/week).

Setting & Details:

11 ORs + 2 in ambulatory center
50–60 cases/day
Case mix includes ortho, trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, general surgery, and endo
EMR: Cerner & SaAnesthesia


Requirements:

Board-certified CRNA
Active AZ license (or willing to obtain before start)
BLS or ACLS required
Recent hospital experience
