· Academic Practice. No Trauma, No Peds, No Hearts/Livers, and No Call
· Surgical specialties include: General, Kidney Transplant, Vascular, Thoracic, Urology, Gynecology, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, Neurosurgery, Complex Spine, Plastic Surgery and Sports Medicine
Licensure: Active AZ license required (assistance available if needed)
Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 30-60 days
