CRNA needed in AZ:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 13 weeks with the option to extend
Schedule: 10 or 12 hour shifts
Job details: General, Kidney Transplant, Vascular, Thoracic, Urology, Gynecology, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, Neurosurgery, Complex Spine, Plastic Surgery and Sports Medicine Robust outfield practice includes EP, CT, IR, and GI/Endoscopy

AZ License Required (We can help License you!)
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 Days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
