Aya Locums is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a hospital-based opportunity in Arizona. This is a fast-paced environment with a collaborative anesthesia team supporting a wide variety of surgical specialties.

Assignment Details
-Practice Setting: Hospital
-Hospital Bed Size: 317 beds
-OR Coverage: 11 Main ORs, 2 Ambulatory Surgery Center ORs
-Case Volume: 50–60 cases per day

Department Specialties:
-Orthopedics, Orthopedic Trauma, General Surgery, General Trauma, Spine, Neuro, Cath Lab, Ambulatory Surgery, and Endoscopy
-EMR Systems: Cerner and SaAnesthesia

Requirements
-Active Arizona CRNA License required to present
-Board Certified CRNA
-Recent hospital-based experience required
-Current BLS or ACLS certification
-DEA not required

Credentialing Timeline
-Approximately 30 days
