We are seeking a CRNA for an ongoing assignment in Flagstaff, AZ.

Practice Details:
• Jun 18, 19, 30 | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (8h)
• Jul 25, 29, 30 | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12h)
• Patients per day: 50-60 cases per day
• Ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo
• EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia

Requirements:
• Board Certification: CRNA
• AZ License
• DEA: No
• Certifications required: BLS or ACLS
• Must have recent hospital experience
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
