$240/hr
ASAP July Start
Ongoing assignment
Full-time preferred (3+ weeks/month)
Monday–Friday, 7a–3:30p
Off-site light beeper call rotation (every 3rd week)
Supervised / Care Team model
EPIC EMR
Cases include General Surgery, Ortho, GI, OB/GYN, and occasional Cath Lab
No hearts, no neuro
Board Certified CRNA required
ACLS, PALS, and active Arizona license required
30-day credentialing with temporary privileges available for clean files
