CRNA LOCUMS – ARIZONA 🌵
Looking for an experienced CRNA for an ongoing locums assignment in Arizona!
💰 $250/hr + Travel & Lodging
📅 ASAP start – ongoing
🕖 Mon–Fri | 7a–3:30p
📆 Looking for 10–20 shifts/month, ideally 3+ weeks/month
📞 Off-site beeper call rotation
🏥 Supervised / care team model
Cases: General, Ortho, GI, OB/GYN + occasional Cath Lab

➡️ Majority Ortho & General
➡️ No hearts / no neuro
➡️ Adult + peds
✅ Active AZ license required
✅ ACLS + PALS
✅ Experienced CRNAs only
✅ ~30-day credentialing for clean files
