Jefferson Regional is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a independent practice opportunity. This role offers the ability to work at the top of your license in a true autonomous model, supported by Anesthesia MD Medical Director as needed.
This position is ideal for CRNAs seeking clinical independence, a diverse and high-acuity case mix, and a strong team-oriented environment focused on professional growth.
Key Responsibilities -
Provide independent anesthesia across a wide variety of surgical cases
Perform pre-anesthesia assessments
Administer and manage anesthesia and perform regional blocks
Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage post-anesthesia recovery
Collaborate with surgical teams and anesthesia medical director as needed
