Schedule: 24-hour call shifts (7 AM – 7 AM) with optional night and weekend coverage
EMR: Meditech
Board Status: BC/BE ABIM with GI Fellowship

Scope of Work:
Inpatient consults and admissions

Full GI evaluations, diagnosis, treatment, and management

On-call response for inpatient procedures as needed

Procedures Include:
General GI Procedures:

Colonoscopy with biopsy/polypectomy

EGD with biopsy, dilation, hemostasis, variceal banding

Capsule endoscopy

Sigmoidoscopy

PEG tube placement

Bravo pH probe placement

Enteroscopy (single or double balloon)

ERCP Capabilities:

Biliary manometry

Sphincterotomy and stone extraction

Biliary/pancreatic stent placement

Nasobiliary drainage

Additional Requirements:

Moderate sedation (test required)

Fluoroscopy (non-core privilege)
