Aya Locums is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to support anesthesia services at a high-acuity Level I trauma facility in California. This role offers immersive clinical exposure, complex case involvement, and the chance to work within a dynamic anesthesia care team.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: January 5, 2026
• Contract Length: Ongoing
• Shift Details: 12-hour shifts; three weekend shifts per month required
• Start Times: Variable — 6:30 AM, 9:30 AM, or 11:30 AM

Work Details
• Support Staff: Anesthesiologist supervising up to three CRNAs; active resident training site
• Department Overview: Medical Direction model with faculty; Level I trauma center managing high-acuity patients with complex comorbidities; weekends include trauma cases
• EMR: Epic
• Skills Required:
o General anesthesia for ortho, gyn, and general surgery
o No OB, pediatrics, or cardiac cases
o Must have Level I trauma experience within the past two years

• License: Active California CRNA license required
• Board Certification: Required
• Experience: High-acuity and trauma-level experience mandatory
• Credentialing: 30–45 days
