Aya Locums is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide short-term coverage at a high-acuity medical center in Arizona. This opportunity offers a dynamic mix of OB and OR coverage, exposure to complex cases, and the flexibility to work a variety of shifts within a supervised anesthesia model.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: February, 2026
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7a–7p or 7p–7a)
• Weekly Hours: Typically 3–4 shifts per week (36+ hours)
• Shift Mix: Days, nights, and weekends required (minimum one full weekend shift per month)
• Night Coverage: 3–6 night shifts per month based on department needs
• Call: None – scheduled shifts only

Requirements
• Licensure: Active Arizona CRNA license or ability to obtain (credentialing may begin with pending license)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of hospital-based CRNA experience
• OB Experience: Required, including comfort with high-risk cases
• Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts and service lines is essential
• Credentialing Timeline (estimated):
– AZ Licensed: ~6 weeks
– IMLC: ~2 months
– Not Licensed: ~3 months
(Based on clean background, malpractice, and criminal history)
