We are seeking a CRNA for an ongoing assignment in Fort Morgan, CO.

Assignment Details:
• Start Date: September 2026
• Contract Length: September–January 2027 coverage
• Schedule: 7a-3p / Call hours: 3p-7a
• Call: Every other night, weekend in between
• Practice Setting: All CRNA Practice
• Types of Cases: Endo, Ortho, OB/GYN, General, Peds (light, healthy), URO, Dental
• EMR System: EPIC
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days
• Travel: Airfare, lodging, and car rental will be covered

Requirements:
• Must be proficient: Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals
• Caselogs required: Proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks
• Licensure Requirements: ACLS (AHA), BLS, PALS
• CSR & DEA required
