Coverage: Scheduled, No Call

Schedule
• Monday–Friday
• 10-, 12-, or 16-hour shifts
• No call, no weekends, no holidays

Facility Details
• 220-bed community hospital (applying for Level III Trauma)
• Level II NICU
• Directed supervision model (3:1)
• Case mix includes ortho, podiatry, general surgery, plastics, ophthalmology, and vascular (OR and cath lab)
• No complex neuro, thoracic, open heart, complex OB, or critical pediatrics

Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience
• Active Connecticut license and DEA
• Credentialing requires 5-year work history with references from each chief of practice
• Credentialing: 90 days (120 days if licensing during credentialing)

• No call
• 10, 12, or 16 hour shifts
• 6 months ongoing
