About the clinician's workday

The CRNA will deliver comprehensive anesthesia care for general, orthopedic, and neurological surgical cases while working under medical direction supervision. Responsibilities include managing anesthesia administration across 15 operating rooms with a 1:4 MD to CRNA ratio, participating in weekend call coverage once every 4-6 weeks, and maintaining board certification requirements. The clinician will work flexible day shift schedules including 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour options based on facility needs and will collaborate with supervising physicians who handle their own cases during regular operations.
