WHAT YOUR WEEK ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE
Choose between three 12-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts, with the understanding that regular shifts are scheduled nonconsecutively.
The clinical mix is concentrated around Orthopedics, General, Vascular and Neuro, without Cardiac, OB or pediatric coverage. The practice primarily operates under medical supervision at approximately 1:3–1:4, with occasional medical direction.
Providers must remain available for the call rotation. Weeknight call runs 7 PM–7 AM, while weekend call is a 24-hour period. Actual call may be less than the maximum rotation, and providers receive post-call time off.
