Full Description
We are currently seeking a PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Key Responsibilities:

Administer IV sedation and anesthesia for oral surgical procedures, primarily All-on-X and implant surgeries
Conduct thorough pre-op assessments and educate patients on anesthesia plans
Monitor and adjust anesthesia levels throughout procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort
Collaborate with oral surgeons, surgical assistants, and clinical staff in a seamless workflow
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in accordance with safety protocols
Participate in post-anesthesia recovery care and patient handoffs
Update from client:
Oral Surgery; Usually 2 surgeries per lasting 3-4 hrs. Oral Surgeon and Dentist on hand.
6 hr. min guaranteed on surgery days;
Familiar and efficient w/ nasal intubation in an open circuit.
All equipment necessary to perform this is on hand as well as Drugs.
This would be for as needed basis when surgeries are scheduled.
Surgeries are usually scheduled on Mondays and Fridays at this time.
CRNA......procedures being completed will be oral surgery, thus nasal intubation.

Qualifications:
Active CRNA license in Georgia
NBCRNA certification
BLS and ACLS required
Minimum 1 year of anesthesia experience (oral surgery or outpatient surgery center preferred)
Confident in working independently in a surgical suite with IV sedation protocols

Schedule:
PRN - Flexible scheduling based on surgical calendar
Primarily weekday hours
