Assignment Length:** 12 weeks

Schedule:** Mon Fri, 8 hours needed, Day shifts
Georgia state license is required to present provider**
Five eight hour shifts only**
Candidates must be open to the required schedule
Must be available 4 weeks per month

**Position:** CAA/CRNA

Requirements:
• Number of openings: 1
• Reason for opening: Demand growth
• Duration of assignment: 12 weeks
• Estimated privileging timeframe: 90 days
• Case types: General, Neuro, Ortho
• Willing to license: No

**Schedule:** Mon Fri, 8 hours needed, Day shifts

• Charting system: iPro
• Number of anesthesia rooms: 12
• MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes
• MD to CRNA ratio: 1 to 4
