💉 Locum Tenens CRNA | Full-Time | Supervised Model | Level II Trauma
📍 Location: Boise, ID
🏥 Setting: Hospital – 378 beds
📄 Assignment Type: Ongoing Locum Tenens
📆 Start Date: As soon as credentialed
🕒 Credentialing Timeframe:
30–45 days if licensed
90–120 days if not licensed or license pending
🚫 No block scheduling
📅 Full-time only – 40 hrs/week
📆 Schedules provided 6 weeks in advance
🕐 Shift Breakdown (Must Be Willing to Work All):
Rotating 8s, 10s, and 12s
One 24-hr shift + One 16-hr shift per week
📞 Call Requirements:
1 weekend call shift per month
2 weeknight call shifts per month
💡 Option: May work 1 Sat + 1 Sun day shift every 3 months to replace one call shift
🏥 Facility/Department Details:
🏗️ ORs: 17 Main ORs + 7 Day Surgery + Specials, Cath Labs, Endo, Radiology
🧑⚕️ Supervision Model: 4:1 CRNA to MD
🖥️ EMR: Epic
🧬 Patient Population: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatric
➕ 90%+ over age 12
🧠 Case Mix Includes:
✅ GYN, General Surgery, Ortho, Spine, Crani, Plastics, Lungs
✅ Healthy Peds, Eyes, GI, Structural Hearts, EP, Endo, IR, MRI
✅ Level II Trauma cases
❌ No OB, open heart, sick peds, transplants, or burns
💉 Skills & Procedures:
🧠 CRNAs perform Spinal Blocks
💉 Occasional arterial lines (not required)
❌ No central lines, epidurals, or independent regional blocks
🧑⚕️ Must be comfortable in a supervised anesthesia care model
✅ Requirements:
📜 Board Certification: Required (NBCRNA)
🏛️ State License: Open to licensing candidates
💊 DEA & CSR: Required
💼 Experience:
1 year preferred
Will consider 6 months minimum if highly qualified
