Assignment Details
• Start Date: March 2, 2026
• Contract Length: Ongoing, full-time
• Schedule:
o 40 hours of scheduled work per week
o Mix of 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts
o Includes one 24-hour shift + one 16-hour shift weekly
• Call Requirements:
o 1 weekend call shift per month
o 2 weeknight call shifts per month

Work Details
• Specialty: Anesthesia – supervision-based
• Patient Population: Adolescents, adults, geriatrics (90% age 12+)
• Department:
o 17 main ORs, 7 day-surgery ORs, plus cath labs, endoscopy, radiology & specials
o Cases include: general surgery, ortho, spine, crani, plastics, lungs, gyn, healthy pediatrics, GI, structural heart, EP, endoscopy, interventional radiology, MRI
o No: burns, transplant, open heart, high-acuity pediatrics, or OB
o Level II trauma exposure required
• Procedures:
o CRNAs perform spinal blocks
o May occasionally perform arterial lines (not required)
o No independent regional anesthesia/blocks, no epidurals, no central lines
• EMR: Epic
• Hospital Size: 378 beds

Requirements
• Board Certification: Required
• License: Open to candidates needing Idaho licensure
• DEA & CSR: Required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year (will consider 6 months)
• Credentialing:
o 30–45 days if licensed
o 90–120 days if licensure is pending
