Schedule
* Full-time coverage required
* 40 scheduled hours per week
* Schedule varies between 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts
* Includes one 24-hour shift and one 16-hour shift per week
* No block scheduling available
* Schedules are released 6 weeks in advance
* Providers must be available to work the Christmas holiday period (December 21 – January 1)
* No RTO permitted during December 21 – January 1
Call Requirements
* 1 weekend call shift per month
* 2 weeknight call shifts per month
Practice Setting
* Hospital-based practice
* 378-bed facility
* EMR: Epic
* Scrubs provided by the department

* 17 Main Operating Rooms
* 7 Day Surgery Center Operating Rooms
* Additional coverage areas include:
* Cath Lab
* Endoscopy
* Radiology
* MRI
* Interventional Radiology
Patient Population
* Adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
* More than 90% of patients are over the age of 12
Case Mix
* General Surgery
* Gynecology
* Orthopedics
* Spine
* Craniotomy/Neurosurgery
* Plastics
* Thoracic/Lung Procedures
* Healthy Pediatrics
* Ophthalmology

Exclusions:
* Open Heart
* Transplant Surgery
* Burn Cases
* Sick Pediatrics
* Obstetrics
Skills Required
* Comfortable with Level II Trauma cases
* Spinal anesthesia required
* Opportunity to place arterial lines (not required)
Please Note:
* CRNAs do not perform regional anesthesia blocks
* CRNAs do not perform epidurals
* CRNAs do not place central lines
Anesthesia Care Team Model
* Supervision model
* Maximum 4:1 CRNA-to-physician ratio
* Providers seeking an independent practice model may be considered at a nearby campus but must be willing to perform OB cases
Requirements
* Board Certification required
* DEA required
* CSR required
* Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience preferred
* Providers with at least 6 months of experience may be considered
* Facility is willing to assist with Idaho licensure
Credentialing
* Licensed Idaho providers: Approximately 30–45 days
* Providers requiring licensure: Approximately 90–120 days
