The facility maintains a staffing model where medical directors supervise CRNAs at a 2:1 ratio while also performing independent cases. Clinicians receive a $250 weekly car rental or mileage stipend and a $110 daily lodging stipend.

About the clinician's workday

The estimated privileging timeframe is 60 days with overtime not expected.
