CRNA Needed in New Lenox, IL

Start Date: 5/4/2026
Contract Length: 13 weeks, ongoing (ideally looking for perm but we can submit locums and extend as needed)
Shift Details: 7a-3p (this is a surgery center and they operate off of 8-hour shifts, we cannot accommodate 10s or 12s)
Schedule: 5x8 hour shifts, weekly. No call no weekends.
Work Details:
• Amount of coverage needed per month: fulltime
• Hospital bed size: 4 ORs
• No supervision - must be comfortable working independently!
• Skills required: cataracts, GI, podiatry, ortho, regional
Practice Setting:
• Surgery Center
Requirements:
• License required: IL license in hand
Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks

• Full time or part time
• Travel and lodging included
• Malpractice insurance coverage
