CRNA – Chicago, IL
Start: June, upon credentialing
Contract Length: 26 weeks
Schedule: 3x12s or 4x10s (4 weeks per month; minimum 3 weeks considered)
• 12s: 7a–7:30p (30-min unpaid lunch)
• 10s: 7a–5:30p (30-min unpaid lunch)
No part-time submissions

OT: Occasional additional shifts may be offered, but no guaranteed OT

Practice Details:
• Hospital setting
• 50 anesthetizing sites per day
• 19–23 supervising anesthesiologists per shift
• 10–20 CRNAs scheduled daily
• Supervised model only – no independent practice
• Patient population: 18+ (peds and neuro a plus)
• EMR: Epic – MUST have 2+ years of Epic experience
• Skills: Strong in MAC and General anesthesia (no regional, OB, thoracic, or hearts required)
• Brief orientation (1 day, potentially expanding to 2–3 days)

Requirements:
• Active state license required
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• At least 2 years of Epic EMR experience required
• DEA not required

Credentialing timeframe: Approximately 3.5 months
