Job description

Start Date: May 2026
Contract Length: 3 months with option for extension
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am-3pm. No Weekends No Call
EMR: TBD
Special procedures: Cataracts, GI, podiatry, ortho, regional

Active Illinois License - Locals preferred
Board Certified
Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 Weeks
