Job description

Start Date: May 2026 or as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months with option for extension
Schedule: 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts available, full time or part time, Overtime offered but not expected
EMR: iPro
Special procedures: General, Ortho, OB

Active Illinois License
Board Certified
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 Days - Emergency Privileges available for clean files
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
