We are seeking a CRNA for an ongoing assignment in DeKalb, IL.

Start Date: October 2026
Contract Length: 6 months with the option to extend
Schedule: 4 or 5 (10) hour shifts, 7a-5p
Practice Setting: Operating Room
Assignment Details:
- All bread and butter cases, no neuro or cardiac
- EMR: Epic
Requirements:
- License: Active IL License Required
- 1+ Years of Experience
Credentialing: Approximately 3 months

Travel: Airfare, lodging, and car rental will be covered.
