Hours: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Coverage: 3–4 days/week, Monday–Friday
Assignment: 13 weeks
Credentialing: Approximately 60 days
Illinois License: Required — Licensing not available

24 ORs + procedural areas including GI, IR, and more
Off-site ASC approximately 10 minutes from hospital
Locum CRNAs are unlikely to be assigned to the ASC, but privileges will be requested

6–7 CRNAs scheduled daily
9 employed CRNAs total
30–35 anesthesiologists scheduled daily
57 employed physicians total
TRAVEL & EXPENSES
Chicago/Illinois locals: Mileage and toll reimbursement available for eligible local travelers
Out-of-state travel details available upon request
