A thriving, physician-owned orthopedic group in Southern Illinois is launching its own in-house CRNA team, and is looking for CRNAs who want to be true partners in the success of its busy surgery center.
Extremely competitive comp: $360K base + up to $48K/yr in additional bonuses. The ASC is already hitting bonus-qualifying volumes, with new tiers added as volume climbs! Plus, $50K recruitment incentive
100% ASC-based: no call, no nights, no weekends
Your clinical judgment is respected: surgeons here agree that CRNA has the final word on whether a case is safe to proceed
Regional-heavy, ortho-focused practice: lots of blocks, total joints, hand & more
Smooth, efficient days thanks to streamlined workflows & clear patient selection protocols
Flexible schedule: M-F 8-hour shifts, staggered across the surgery day. Earlier/later start times, 4x10s & part-time all open to discussion
