Schedule & Shifts
• Day Shifts:
○ 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
○ 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Coverage Dates
• May:
○ May 1–3
○ May 4–8 (2 providers needed)
○ May 11–15 (2)
○ May 18–24
○ May 26–29 (2)
• June:
○ June 1–5 (3)
○ June 8–12
○ June 15–19 (2)
○ June 22–28 (2)
○ June 29 – July 3 (3)
• PRN dates also available

Clinical Details
• Case Types: General, Endo, Ortho (including joints), Urology, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, ENT, Radiology
• Procedural Skills Required:
○ Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals (must be proficient)
• Supervision Model: Independent (MDs onsite, no supervision)
• Support Staff: ~7 providers/day (MDs + AAs + CRNAs)
• Charting: Epic
