CRNA Indiana

Job description

We are seeking a CRNA for a locum tenens opportunity beginning June 15, 2026, at a critical access hospital in Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity for providers who prefer an independent, all-CRNA practice model and are comfortable managing a wide variety of cases with autonomy.

The position follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with additional call responsibilities. Weeknight call runs from 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and weekend call consists of 24-hour coverage on Saturdays and Sundays. The provider will be responsible for both OB and OR call. The facility has specific coverage dates throughout the year, offering flexibility for providers with targeted availability.

This is a fully independent CRNA environment supported by a collaborative and efficient surgical team. The facility uses Epic for charting and offers a steady case volume of approximately 1,991 cases annually, including around 1,000 endoscopy cases. The case mix also includes podiatry, orthopedics, OB/GYN, ENT, and some pediatric cases, providing strong variety in a community hospital setting.

Candidates must be comfortable practicing independently and have strong OB and regional anesthesia skills, including proficiency with blocks. This is a critical access hospital with approximately 25 inpatient beds, offering a supportive, CRNA-led culture and streamlined OR workflow.

This is a great opportunity for CRNAs seeking autonomy, diverse case exposure, and flexible scheduling within a smaller hospital environment.
