CRNA, Needed in Indiana:
Start Date: 8/24/2026 or As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: 4 Days, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
- 4x8s or 4x10s (Must be flexible to both) - this could change
- 7a or 8a start time depending on the day
Job Details: Ophthalmology, Cataract, Oculoplastic, Retina cases
Indiana State License Required (We can help license you!)
Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
