Job description

Assignment Details:

Start Date: Preferred February 2, 2026

End Date: August 2, 2026

Schedule: 1 week per month, 5-day stint (7-day coverage preferred)

Call: Weeknight 24/7 call for General Surgery and OB (light Fridays)

Guarantee: 8 hours per day

Case Types:

Bread-and-butter OB

Healthy pediatrics

ENT, urology, podiatry, orthopedics

Spinals and regional blocks

Anesthesia Model: All-CRNA group
Charting: Paper charting
Patient Population: OB, pediatrics, general surgery

Requirements:

Active Iowa license

BLS, ACLS, PALS

Minimum 5 years of CRNA experience

Comfortable with OB cases

No new grads

Credentialing: 3–4 months (handled by outside group)

Compensation: $230/hour
Travel & Lodging: Mileage and lodging provided (no flights)
