• Start: ASAP after credentialing • Contract: June/July Coverage • Schedule: Days, 8s or 12s, Call (if willing, once trained) • Model: Supervised model • Case mix: Provide Anesthesia for the following service lines, General, Ortho, GI, Urology, ENT, OB. No Head/Heart. General, GI, and Ortho make up majority of cases • EMR: Epic • Requirements: CRNA Certification; Iowa license
