January 2026 start
3 points of service. 2 days out of the month, they flex up to 4 points of service.
4 CRNA's at the site currently - only a CRNA led facility
Monday-Friday 7am-3pm: 1 OR/OB and 1 OR.
9am-5pm 1 OR/GI/EYE
EMR: Epic
Everyone takes call - not in house and there's no call room..
We will emergency credential providers.
