Length: 13 weeks | Ongoing coverage needs
Employment: 1099
Setting: Critical Access Hospital (Adult Level IV)


Schedule
• Days: 7:00a–3:00p (M–F)
• Weeknight Call: 3:00p–7:00a (every other night)
• Weekend Call: 7:00a–7:00p (Sat & Sun)
• Weekend rotation: 1 weekend between each 2-week rotation
• Call response time: 20 minutes
• 8-hour/day guarantee – no exceptions

Practice Details
• All CRNA practice (no supervision)
• 3 ORs
• 2 providers during the day
• ~1,200 cases/year
• ~120 deliveries/year
• EMR: Epic

Case Mix
Endo, OB/GYN, Peds, ENT, General, Ortho, Ophthalmology, Podiatry
Skills Required
• Proficient in blocks, spinals, epidurals
• Comfortable with ultrasound
• NBCRNA required
