• Clinical Focus:
o High acuity ENT, ophthalmology, head and neck, and airway intensive cases
o Eye procedures and complex airway management
o General and regional anesthesia
• Orientation Note:
o Orientation and training modules are unpaid

Schedule and Coverage
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Shift Options:
o 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
o 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
o 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
o Mix of shifts allowed
• Weekly Requirement: 3+ shifts per week
• Weekends: None
• Time Off:
o Limited summer vacation approved
o Maximum 1 week during July–September

Provider Requirements
• Licensure: Active Massachusetts license required
• Certifications: ACLS required
• Skills Required:
o General and regional anesthesia
o Complex airway management
o ENT and ophthalmology case coverage
• Practice Model:
o CRNA provides anesthesia care under physician direction
• Rate Structure:
o All inclusive rate
o No additional costs unless rate adjusted
o Parking allowance: $17/day
