Flexible scheduling available — providers can select one or mix of the following:
• 8-hour shifts: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (4 shifts/week preferred)
• 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (3+ shifts/week)
• 13-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM (3+ shifts/week)
Consistent weekday coverage required. Limited vacation availability (maximum one week during assignment).
Compensation
• Pay Rate: $210–$220/hour
• Additional: $17/day parking stipend
• Travel/ lodging 100% covered!
Position Overview
Join a highly respected acute care hospital environment delivering specialized anesthesia care for complex ENT, ophthalmology, and head & neck procedures. This role offers a unique clinical mix with both routine and high-acuity cases in a collaborative, team-driven setting.
What You’ll Do
• Provide general and regional anesthesia for ENT, ophthalmology, and head & neck surgeries
• Manage complex and high-risk airways
• Deliver full-spectrum anesthesia care: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative teams

Requirements
• Active Massachusetts CRNA license (required at submission)
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• Open to new graduates
Teaching hospital experience preferred
