Type of cases required: General, Ortho, Urology, Opthalmology, Vascular, Dental, ENT, Podiatry
Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days (Temps are available with a clear background / malpractice history and active, unrestricted license)
Case logs required: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks.
EMR System: Epic
ACLS, BLS, PALS
Will not take Board Eligible, Must be Board Certified
***If OB NOT in the Case Mix, they don't necessarily require Spinal, Epidurals & Blocks. Note in the submission what provider is comfortable doing so we can ask Client to approve
