September: 22, 23, 25, 29

October: 1, 6, 9, 27, 31

November: 3, 10, 11, 13, 14, 20, 24, 25

December: 1, 2, 5, 8, 12, 18, 19, 22, 23, 29, 30

Practice Details:

Case Types: ENT, General Surgery, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Podiatry, some Plastics

Pediatrics: Required

Blocks: Strongly preferred

Operating Rooms: 3

Team Structure: Work alongside 2 other CRNAs – CRNA-only practice (no anesthesiologist supervision)

Call/Weekends/Holidays: None

• No Call
• ENT, General surgery, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Podiatry some plastic surgery procedures.
• Provider needs to be able to see Ped's and strongly prefer someone who can perform blocks
