This full-time opportunity offers a diverse and rewarding clinical environment within a modern hospital and anesthesia team. Providers will work with a wide range of case types and schedules, supported by a professional and collaborative group of colleagues. Locums candidates are not being considered for this role.

Shift & Schedule

Schedule includes a mix of 8, 10, 12, 16, and 24-hour shifts

Call Requirements

Weekend Call:

Shared home-call obligations approximately 1 weekend per quarter

Weekend call is assigned using a random name generator

Schedule is divided between primary backup and secondary backup

Staff are excluded from weekend call during PTO weeks

Weekday Call:

Approximately one weekday call shift every six weeks, Monday–Thursday, from 7 PM to 7 AM

Clinical Environment

The hospital is designated as a Level 2 trauma center and features:

16 operating rooms

4 endoscopy suites

2 obstetrical ORs

5 NORA sites

Providers cover a large mix of general and complex cases, including:

Kidney transplants

Thoracic

Orthopedic (including trauma)

Bariatrics

Podiatry

Gynecology

Neurosurgery

ETCs

MRI/CT

Heart and vascular

Obstetrics

Regional blocks

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $112.75/hour

Sign-on Bonus: Up to $30,000 with a 3-year commitment

Requirements:

Board Certified NBCRNA (by time of start) – Required

Michigan license (or willing to obtain) – Required

DEA verbal confirmation (or willing to obtain) – Required

ACLS & BLS (or willing to obtain) – Required
