CRNA Locums Opportunity – Coldwater, MI | NO OB | Ongoing Coverage Needed

Job description

I’m working on a CRNA locums opportunity in Coldwater, Michigan starting 5/21/2026. This is an all-CRNA practice with NO OB, making it a great option for providers looking for ongoing or repeat coverage.

Schedule & Coverage

Day shifts: 7:00a–4:00p (9 hours)

Call required: Every 4th night (4:00p–7:00a), 30-minute response time

Full weeks available

Specific dates needed:
May 21–22
July 17–19 (call only)
Aug 29–30
Sept 7 (holiday)
Oct 9 (call only)
Nov 7–8
Nov 23–27
Dec 18–20

Practice Details

All-CRNA model (no supervision)

3 ORs, 4 providers daily

EMR: EPIC

Case Mix (NO OB)

General, Ortho, Urology, Ophthalmology, Vascular, Dental, ENT, Podiatry

Spinals, blocks, and epidurals required (case logs required)

Requirements

Active, unrestricted license

ACLS, BLS, PALS

Credentialing: 60–90 days (temps available with clean background/malpractice history)
